Green Pineapple Protein Smoothie

250 ml (1 cup) frozen pineapple
2 large handfuls fresh spinach
1 chunk fresh ginger
1 avocado or banana
1 lemon or lime, juice
500 ml (2 cups) milk of choice
2 scoops PB Pea Protein Booster
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Pour into two medium-sized glasses. Alternative pour the smoothie in airtight containers to pack into your gym bag.
