Ultra-Hydrating Smoothie Bowl

With extra hydration from the coconut water and strawberries, healthy fats from the flax seeds to help you absorb nutrients and CP2 Collagen and Whey Protein for that extra boost, this is the perfect mid-afternoon snack or post-workout smoothie.


Ingredients:

    • 1 cup frozen strawberries⁠
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
    • 1 cup coconut water
    • 1 handful blueberries
    • 1 handful pumpkin seeds
    • 1 handful coconut shreds
    • 2 scoops CP2 Active
    • Ice


Instructions:

    1. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, flax seeds, coconut water, CP2 Active and ice. Blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a bowl, top with blueberries, coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds.⁠
