Standard Return Policy
We can process returns and refunds for unopened products or unused merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase on our website.
In rare cases where a product irregularity is reported, we will review each case individually and work with you to find a solution.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Details of the issue
- The unique batch identifier code on the product label
- Photos of the product, if possible
This information allows us to report the inconsistency or defect to our Product team and resolve the issue efficiently.
Purchases made via Amazon
If your order was purchased through Amazon, we are unable to process returns directly. Please contact Amazon Customer Service through your Amazon account, and they will guide you through their return process. Returns can only be processed for items purchased directly from our official website.
How to Return a Product
To request a return, please email us at support@puori.com and include:
- The reason for the return
- Your order number
- The number of products you’d like to return
Once your return is confirmed, we’ll send you detailed instructions by email on how to arrange the return shipment.
Please note: Returns can only be accepted for products purchased directly from our official webshop at www.puori.com.
Refunds
Refunds for returned products are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Please note: the return and refund process may take some time. Once a refund has been issued, it can take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
How to return unopened products
- Return requests for unopened products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at support@puori.com.
- Once your return has been authorized by our Customer Experience team, the products must be shipped back within 14 days.
- All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase showing your name, address, and order number.
Important:
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns requested after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
- If your return is authorized but not received within 30 days, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
