Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
  • Once processed, orders usually ship out the next business day and are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination. 

 

We also process orders on weekends, but please note that carriers do not pick up on Saturdays or Sundays.  

Important: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Our system is automated, and once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address. 

Puori is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.  

Please note that once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes, re-route shipments, or arrange deliveries. All sales are final. 

 

Out of Stock Items

We aim to have all our products in stock at all times. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to provide an availability estimate or suggest an alternative.

Shipping

We love making shopping easy for you! Here’s how to qualify for free shipping:

  • Subscriptions: Free shipping on all subscription orders over $30
  • One-time purchases: Free shipping on orders over $70 


Shopping for both? No problem! If your cart includes a subscription and a one-time purchase, just make sure the subscription part of your order is above $30 (after discounts) to unlock free shipping for your whole order.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your package is ready to ship. 

Delivery Times & Carriers

Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after leaving our warehouse. We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, DHL, and UPS Ground. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping.

Warehouse Hours

Our warehouses are closed on weekends and holidays, but you can place orders online 24/7. Orders received outside of business hours or after our daily cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Voicemails and emails received after business hours will also be addressed the following business day. To ensure you receive our messages, please check your spam/junk folder and add support@puori.com to your safe sender list.
