General Questions
“Puori” is an abbreviation of “pure origin”. It represents our commitment to only use pure and premium ingredients in our supplements.
Our products have a shelf life of 2 years. The expiration date of each product is printed on all bottles and boxes.
Firstly, it's important to note that while our products can support general health and well-being, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We always recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare practitioner before starting any new supplement regimen, especially considering your unique medical history.
Consulting with your healthcare provider is key to ensuring the supplements are safe and appropriate for you.
Even with a healthy lifestyle and a nutrient-rich diet, it may be necessary to add dietary supplements to your daily routine.

To get the most out of our dietary supplements, we recommend taking the product as directed on the package. You can also find dosage and recommendations on the product page for the specific product.
We strongly recommend sticking to the recommended daily dose and always consulting with your healthcare provider to ensure that any supplements you take are safe and suitable for you.

Please note that gluten is present in other products manufactured in the same factory as our products, so we cannot guarantee no traces of gluten.

To access the test results, simply scan the QR code on your purchased product. You’ll be directed to a page listing the batch numbers for all the batches currently on sale. Locate the batch number that matches the one on your product and click to view the full overview of test results.

You can sign up for a Puori wholesale here https://puori.com/pages/become-a-wholesaler. Once your account has been approved, you will then be eligible to purchase products at wholesale prices to sell at your business.
Orders, Shipping, & Returns
You will find Puori products in selected retail stores, clinics, gyms and online shops. If you are unable to locate your territory on the Puori shipping destinations, we recommend you visit our authorized global resellers www.thefeed.com, www.pureformulas.com
One-time or subscription sale discount codes can be applied at checkout when placing your order. Subscription sale discount codes can also be applied under “discount code” in your subscription account.
Yes, however, the authenticity and quality of our products does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com, or other third-party marketplace websites. On Amazon.com, the authenticity only applies to the seller Puori Inc.
You can find your tracking number in the Orders section of your Puori account. Click on the Order number and you will see all relevant info regarding your order. You will also get an email confirmation with tracking information.
Contact customer service at support@puori.com with the relevant information, such as full name, email address, order number, address, etc so we can look you up in our system. Please remember that you also have the tracking information to track your order yourself.
If a package is unclaimed or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, our warehouse will examine the products for hygienic reasons. If a product has been opened, a refund will not be possible. Additionally, it may take some time for the package to return to the warehouse and be processed.
If we’re satisfied with the inspection, we will issue a refund, which may take 3-10 days to appear in your account.
Unclaimed packages are at your own expense, and the shipping costs will therefore be deducted from the refund amount. This means that you will receive the amount for the returned products minus the shipping costs.
Remember! If you are a subscriber, you can always skip a delivery or change your subscription preferences in your Puori subscription account. Contact support@puori.com if you have any questions.
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@puori.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Once we have confirmed your return, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions.
Please note that you can only return products purchased from our own webshop, and the product(s) must be unopened. If this is not the case, a refund will not be possible.
A refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we have received the product(s).

Subscription
On every product page, you can choose to make a one-time or an auto-renewal subscription purchase.
By subscribing to your product, you save 15% on your subscription package, and you never have to worry about reordering or running out. You will automatically receive your favorite dietary supplements direct to your door every month.
At check-out you will be asked to create a Puori account, which you can later log into, to manage your subscription. You can add or remove products, skip an order, or pause your subscription under the "Manage Subscription" section at any time.
Please note: It's important to add an email and phone number that you have access to, as we will notify you via these, when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, changes can only take effect if made before the package is shipped.
Your credit card information can be updated in the Billing Information section under Manage Subscription in your Puori account.
Puori subscription adjustments can be made in the Manage Subscriptions section of your Puori account.
Yes, you can cancel or change your order. Three days before we ship your order, you will receive an email with the order details. In this email, you can make any necessary changes, cancellations or additions to your order.
Please note that we strive to fulfill and send your order as quickly as possible. This may sometimes limit our ability to add items or stop a package from shipping once it's on its way to you.

CP1 - Collagen Peptides
Yes, the cows used for our CP1 are grass-fed.
CP1 contains only collagen. It can be added to both cold and hot drinks, as well as used in baked goods.
Vitamin C is good to take with collagen because it contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is important for normally functioning skin.
With this combination, you'll get a refreshing drink and your daily dose of collagen.*
CP1 is purely collagen, providing 10 grams per serving, that can be mixed into both hot and cold drinks.
CP2 is the pure collagen mixed with whey protein. You get 29g of protein per 4 scoops serving.
CP3, on the other hand, is more of a beauty product designed for skin, hair, and nails. It contains carefully selected ingredients to support these areas. The product comes in both lemon-flavored and unflavored versions. You get 5g collagen per serving, and should be mixed into cold drinks only.
CP2 - Whey & Collagen
In Puori’s CP2 we use high quality hydrolyzed collagen peptides type 1 and 3 (bovine).
No, since Puori CP2 contains whey protein, which comes from milk, it is not lactose-free. Instead, try our PB for a lactose-free or plant-based protein supplement made from pea protein.
The brown specks you see in our product come from the natural coconut sugar used in the formulation. This is an ingredient of natural origin, which can result in slight variations in appearance between batches. Rest assured, these variations do not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product. At Puori, we are committed to creating clean products without compromising on integrity or performance.
The short answer is, no they are not grass-fed. The whey and collagen used in CP2 is from European cows. Because the climate doesn't always allow for the cows to be outside year-round, we cannot guarantee that they are grass-fed. The collagen is sourced from Europe.
Our CP2 serving size is four scoops which contains 9g collagen and 20g whey protein per serving.
CP3 - Beauty Collagen
In general, we cannot guarantee that the cows used for our collagen are exclusively grass-fed. The cows are from Europe and thereby follow the European regulations.
P3 - Health Essentials Sachets (O3, M3, D3)
Puori P3 gives you your daily serving of O3 fish oil, M3 magnesium and D3 vitamin. Our multivitamin and mineraldo not contain omega-3 fatty acids. This is why it could make sense to take the multi too. However, be aware that both products contain D3 and vitamin B6. If in doubt always consult your physician.
One P3 sachet contains three O3 softgels, three M3 capsules and one D3 soft gel.
C3 - Vitamin C Effervescent
There are very few calories in our C3, specifically 10 calories per tablet.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, and any excess will be flushed out of the body. However, we do not recommend that you exceed the recommended daily dosage.
It can take about 10 minutes for a C3 tablet to dissolve. We prioritize pure ingredients, which don't have the same quick dissolution time as other tablets.
O3 - Fish Oil Capsules
The short answer is, no. If you experience a bad fishy aftertaste or fishy burps after taking our O3 or O3L, it is a sign that the product is rancid, and we encourage you to contact customer service so we can find the best solution together.
To ensure transparency and uphold the highest standards, we publish our TOTOX (Total Oxidation) results for O3 product on the IFOS (International Fish Oil Standards) website.

The gelatin in our products is of bovine origin. It is not halal or kosher certified.
Keep your fish oil in a dry and dark place. Fish oil can also be stored in the fridge. Omega-3s react to light, heat and oxygen, therefore it is important to store fish oil correctly.
M3 - Magnesium Complex
Our M3 consists of two organic magnesium forms: magnesium gluconate and magnesium taurinate.
Some micronutrients, especially calcium, can interfere with the absorption of magnesium. Avoid taking your M3 supplement with foods rich in calcium like dairy products. Preferably take M3 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime or after a workout on an empty stomach to get the full benefit of your supplement.
M3 is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is certified by Vegan Society
PW1 - Whey Protein with Bourbon Vanilla
Puori PW1 holds about 50mg of cholesterol per serving – an average amount for 30g of whey protein powder. This should not impose any health risk compared to the amount of protein you are getting (21g) unless you are in a genetically disposed high-risk group for high cholesterols blood levels.
The natural flavors in our PW1, which constitute less than 0.2% of the product, are primarily derived from fermented stevia - a flavor component extracted through a natural fermentation process.
All our products comply with European food legislation. This means that when we use the term "natural," the flavoring components we use must be naturally present and identified in nature. Additionally, we are not allowed to intentionally modify the chemical structure of the natural flavor components using harsh reagents or radiation.
All Puori products including PW1 are tested for more than 200 different contaminants which also covers the most common residual solvents from food processing. PW1 is produced in Canada, where we ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
We understand how important it is to try a product before making a full commitment. Unfortunately, we don't offer samples at this time, but we're confident you'll love our PW1 once you give it a try!
Yes, the whey is globally sourced from grass-fed European and New Zealand cows.
Whey protein concentrate
The nutritional content and quality of our protein powder remain consistent across all subscription plans - Light, Regular, and Strong. The primary difference lies in the recommended serving size, which is tailored to your body weight and protein intake goals:
- Light: Designed for individuals weighing between 100-130 lbs, aiming for a daily protein intake of 80-130g, with 15-25g supplemented from protein powder.
- Regular: Suited for those weighing 130-170 lbs, targeting a daily protein intake of 100-170g, with 20-45g supplemented from protein powder.
- Strong: Ideal for individuals weighing 170-250 lbs, aiming for a daily protein intake of 130-250g, with 35-65g supplemented from protein powder.
These recommendations are based on general guidelines of consuming 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, depending on your health and fitness goals. By selecting the plan that aligns with your body weight and protein needs, you can ensure optimal support for your health and fitness objectives.
V - Multivitamin & Minerals
Puori P3 gives you your daily serving of O3 fish oil, M3 magnesium and D3 vitamin. Our multivitamin and mineral do not contain omega-3 fatty acids. This is why it could make sense to take the multi too. However, be aware that both products contain D3 and vitamin B6. If in doubt always consult your physician.
Puori V contains Calcium citrate(50mg) and Magnesium bisglycinate(20mg).
Puori V is a multivitamin and mineral complex in a capsule. This means that it is not entirely airtight and therefore a natural odor can occur from the capsules. This is totally normal and does not mean the product is off.
C+ - Creatine+ Performance Support
No, creatine+ is vegan-friendly.
Creatine monohydrate
The difference in dosage between the UK and US formulasis primarily due to regional regulations. In the UK and Europe, legislation limits the recommended daily dosage of creatine monohydrate to 3g. This is the maximum amount we can recommend on our UK product labels. In the US, however, we are allowed to recommend a higher dosage. Based on the research into the many benefits of creatine we have chosen to offer a 5g dosage suggestion of creatine in the US.
A fishy odour in creatine is uncommon, and while it may occasionally occur due to natural variances in production or storage conditions, it’s not something you should expect from our product. Ideally, the creatine should be stored in a dry, room-temperature environment.
B - B-Complex Pure Energy
In Puori B-Complex we use both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
In Puori B-Complex we use L-methylfolate.
In Puori B-complex we use pyridoxal-5'-phosphate.
You can supplement with both our M3 and B-complex at the same time. However, be aware that both products contain vitamin B6. Please consult your physician before taking supplements.
D3 - Vitamin D (2500IU)
If you notice that your Puori D3 (2500 IU) is fading in color, this may be due to heat and sun exposure. Although our vitamins come in a dark bottle to protect against light exposure, the product can be affected if you leave it out on the kitchen counter. We therefore recommend storing your Puori D3 in a cool, dark place.
Please note that the appearance of coconut oil may vary; it may be completely white, partially white, or entirely transparent. It might also have a slightly clumpy or cloudy texture, which is completely normal.
The general recommendation is for children 11 years and up.
The gelatin in our products comes from cows. It is not halal or kosher certified.
Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
