Dark Chocolate Chia Seed Protein Pudding

Protein and fiber rich, this decadent dark chocolate afternoon snack will curb your 3 o’clock cravings, leaving you satisfied until dinner. Or, up your protein intake after dinner for a sweet yet satisfying dessert.

Ingredients:

Toppings:

  • Pistachios
  • Raspberries
  • Dark chocolate
  • Red currants
  • Greek yogurt


Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the chia seeds and PW1 until well combined.
  2. Add the milk and whisk again until fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and refrigerate overnight to set.
  4. Serve with Greek yogurt and your favorite toppings.
