Superfood Protein Smoothie

This superfood smoothie is a nutrient-dense and flavorful way to start your morning. With a boost of greens from spinach and spirulina, you'll get a rich blend of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The hemp seeds add a dose of healthy fats and fiber, while our PW1 increases your protein intake, making this a balanced and filling breakfast.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1 cube frozen spinach
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 scoops PW1 Bourbon Vanilla

Toppings:

  • Coconut cream


Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
