Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 green apple, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 scoops PW1 Bourbon Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Toppings:
- Figs
- Blackberries
- Pumpkin seeds
- Honey
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together with a spatula until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds and honey. Enjoy!
