Protein Bircher Muesli

Start your morning with this nutritious protein-packed breakfast made with ingredients you likely already have in your fridge! With one serving of our PW1, Greek yogurt, and a mix of nuts and seeds, this simple meal will help you meet your protein goals for the day.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 green apple, grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 scoops PW1 Bourbon Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings:

  • Figs
  • Blackberries
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Honey


Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together with a spatula until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds and honey. Enjoy!
