Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 portions of frozen spinach
- 1 handful of frozen peas
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp frozen ginger
- 1 whole lemon (skinned, deseeded, and diced)
- 5 walnuts
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 banana
- 2 scoops PW1 Bourbon Vanilla
Toppings:
- Roasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

- Make your morning routine easier by prepping ahead. Portion out the ingredients for five servings, place each in a freezer-friendly container or bag, and store in the freezer. When you're ready, grab a portion, add water, PW1 and blend!
