Energizing Daily Greens Protein Smoothie

This Energizing Daily Greens Smoothie is fully packed with nutrients from seven different fruits and vegetables, plus 21 grams of protein from our PW1. Start your day off right with a blend of protein, antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats to support your energy levels throughout the day.

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 portions of frozen spinach
  • 1 handful of frozen peas
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp frozen ginger
  • 1 whole lemon (skinned, deseeded, and diced)
  • 5 walnuts
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 scoops PW1 Bourbon Vanilla

 

Toppings:

  • Roasted coconut flakes


Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

 

Smoothie Hacks:

  1. Make your morning routine easier by prepping ahead. Portion out the ingredients for five servings, place each in a freezer-friendly container or bag, and store in the freezer. When you're ready, grab a portion, add water, PW1 and blend!
  2. Missing some ingredients? Swap them out for any vegetables or fruits you have on hand. Just aim for four different vegetables and two types of fruit per serving.
