Shipping

Free shipping applies to US orders over $30.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your package is ready to ship.

Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving the warehouse.

We use various carriers, including USPS, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Accuracy of Order Information

Orders are processed via an automated system. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. If our system detects errors, such as an incorrect or unverifiable address, we may need to verify the details with you, which could delay shipping.

Customers are responsible for re-routing, intercepting, or coordinating with the shipping company if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.

Processing Time

• Orders received Monday through Friday before 15:00 CET are typically processed the same day.
• Completed orders usually leave the warehouse the next business day and are delivered within 3-7 business days.

Warehouse Hours

Our warehouses are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders can be placed online 24/7. Orders placed when the warehouse is closed or after cut-off times will be processed the next business day.

Out of Stock Items

We aim to have all products in stock at all times. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to provide an availability estimate or suggest an alternative.
