Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 2 cups (450 ml) of coconut milk
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Puori CP1 collagen
- 1 stick Puori SB3 stick
- ½ lemon, juiced
Here's how you do it
Instructions Peel the mango and cut the flesh off the stone. Then add it to the blender along with two cups of coconut milk, one handful fresh mint, one tsp vanilla extract, one tbsp liquid O3L, one stick of SB3, and one scoop of CP1.Blend until you achieve an even texture.
