Warm and filling, these protein oats are the perfect staple to add to your weekly breakfast rotation.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 scoops CP2 Active
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Drizzle of honey
Instructions:
- Place oats, CP2 Active, salt, cinnamon and milk in a pot and turn the stovetop to medium
- Continue stirring until the mixture begins to bubble
- Take off the heat and pour the mixture into a bowl
- Top with sliced banana, blueberries, walnuts, seeds, peanut butter and honey
