Protein Oats with Collagen

Warm and filling, these protein oats are the perfect staple to add to your weekly breakfast rotation.


    • 1/3 cup rolled oats
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 pinch salt
    • Pinch of cinnamon
    • 2 scoops CP2 Active
    • 1 sliced banana
    • 1 handful blueberries
    • 1 handful chopped walnuts
    • 1 handful pumpkin seeds
    • 1 tbsp peanut butter
    • Drizzle of honey


    1. Place oats, CP2 Active, salt, cinnamon and milk in a pot and turn the stovetop to medium
    2. Continue stirring until the mixture begins to bubble⁠
    3. Take off the heat and pour the mixture into a bowl
    4. Top with sliced banana, blueberries, walnuts, seeds, peanut butter and honey
