Baked protein bars

Start your year on a high note with our Baked Protein Bars featuring our
PW1 Whey Protein with Bourbon Vanilla. These bars are a delicious and nutritious way to fuel up on the go. This recipe is packed with wholesome ingredients and 21 grams of protein, these bars are the perfect pick me up to keep you satisfied throughout the day.


  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 scoop of PW1 Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/3 cup mix of pumpkin seeds and chopped walnuts
  • Coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6x9 inch baking pan with coconut oil.
    Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Add PW1 Whey Protein, flax, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Mix until fully combined. Fold in seeds and nuts.
  5. Pour into prepared baking pan. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly in the dish, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown.
    Let cool in pan completely, and slice into bars.
  7. Wrap in airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
