  • 1/2 a cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 a cup broccoli
  • 1/2 a cup strawberries
  • 1/2 a cup mango
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 cup coconut Water
  • 1 scoop PW1 Whey Protein
  • Ice cubes - optional
