Manage your subscription

Want to make changes to your subscription? Here are a few tips for the most common actions.

  1. How do I cancel my next subscription order?
    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log into your account
    2. Click Manage subscriptions
    3. Click View details on the active subscription you want to edit
    4. Click Skip order 
    5. Click Confirm in the pop-up window
    6. Your order will now be skipped and you'll see a confirmation banner in the top of the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email. 
    7. You can see when your next order is due by clicking View scheduled orders further down the screen
  2. How do I change the delivery address or pick up point?
    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log into your account
    2. Click Manage subscriptions
    3. Click View details on the active subscription you want to edit
    4. Scroll down until you get to Shipping address and click Edit

    5. Update the address. If you have more than one subscription, you can choose to update the shipping address on all subscriptions by ticking the box Apply this shipping address to all subscriptions.
      Once done, click confirm

      If your change of address is meant to be only temporary, remember to revert to the original address when needed.
  3. How may I add products to my subscription or upcoming order?
    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log into your account
    2. Click Manage subscriptions
    3. Click View details on the active subscription you want to edit
    4. Click the product or plus sign on any of the recommended products in the slider section Goes well with your next order...

      If you don't see what you're looking for, click See more products, and click on the product or on the Select button 
    5. From there, you can choose to just add it one-time for the next order or add it to your subscription so you get the full subscription discount and won't have to worry about running low again. Remember, you can always cancel/skip/delay in just a few clicks
  4. How do I update my credit card information?
    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log into your account
    2. Click Manage subscriptions
    3. Click View details on the active subscription you want to edit
    4. Scroll down the page until you get to Payment details and click Update
    5. Click Confirm in the pop-up to receive a secured link to update the payment details.
    6. Check your inbox for a mail titled Update your payment method for Puori US (or EU/DK/UK/SE depending on your location) and click View payment information
    7. Update the information and click Update card. Once updated, you'll see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen. You can also revisit step 1-4 above to check the information is correct.
  5. How can I reschedule my upcoming order?
    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log into your account
    2. Click Manage subscriptions
    3. Click View details on the active subscription you want to edit
    4. Click Re-schedule 
    5. Pick the date you want to re-schedule to and click Confirm
    6. The new date will now appear on the overview of your subscription
  6. How do I change the frequency of my subscription?
    1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and log into your account
    2. Click Manage subscriptions
    3. Click View details on the active subscription you want to edit
    4. Scroll down the page until you get to Subscription plan and click Edit
    5. Choose the frequency you would prefer on the pop-up screen and click confirm
    6. Your order frequency has now been updated and you will see a confirmation banner at the top of your screen
