By combining creamy chickpeas, rich tahini, and bright lemon with our unflavored PW1 Whey Protein, this recipe offers a simple and versatile way to boost your protein intake through real, everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 380 g canned or cooked chickpeas (2 cups)
- 1 scoop of PW1 Grass-Fed Whey Protein Unflavored (24g of protein)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 80g tahini (⅓ cup)
- 8 tsp olive oil, plus more to taste
- 5–10 tsp water, adjust for texture
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, gradually adding water and/or olive oil until you reach your desired texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, then finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon zest on top.
