
PW1 Protein Tzatziki

This Protein Tzatziki is a fresh, savory take on protein intake, made with our unflavored PW1 Grass-fed Whey Protein, which blends seamlessly into everyday meals without altering taste or texture. By combining creamy Greek yogurt, crisp cucumber, and simple seasonings with our unflavored PW1 Grass-fed Whey Protein, this recipe offers an easy and versatile way to elevate your nutrition through real food.
Ingredients
- 400 g Greek yogurt (1 ¾ cups)
- 1 scoop of PW1 Grass-Fed Whey Protein Unflavored (24g of protein)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cucumber
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for finishing
- Optional: fresh herbs (dill, mint, parsley)
Instructions:
- Add Greek yogurt and PW1 Unflavored to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and protein powder is fully dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Slice the cucumber lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and dice into small cubes. Add to the bowl along with the grated or finely minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir to combine.
- Serve in a bowl, top with fresh herbs (or mix them in), and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
