- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 150g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 scoops PB protein powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk of choice
- 2 tbsp yogurt of choice (for serving), optional
Here's how you do it
Add all ingredients (except yogurt) to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Pour into two medium-sized glasses. Stir in a spoonful of yogurt in both glasses and top with extra nut butter and berries. Alternative pour the smoothie in airtight containers to pack into your gym bag.
