Blueberry Power Protein Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 150g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 
  • 2 scoops PB protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 500 ml (2 cups) milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt of choice (for serving), optional

Here's how you do it

Add all ingredients (except yogurt) to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Pour into two medium-sized glasses. Stir in a spoonful of yogurt in both glasses and top with extra nut butter and berries. Alternative pour the smoothie in airtight containers to pack into your gym bag.
