Ingredients for 1 large protein smoothie: 

  • 1 banana 
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries 
  • ½ squeezed lime  
  • 1 (1 inch) cube fresh ginger peeled 
  • 1 cup liquid of your choice (water, coconut water, plant milk, etc). 
  • 1 scoop Puori Protein of your choice: PW1CP1 or PB 
  • 1 tsp peanut butter - optional  
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom - optional  

Here's how you do it   

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s smooth. Taste and adjust the flavor – and that’s it. Pour the smoothie into a large glass or a bottle to take with you for an easy on-the-go snack.
