A delicious and healthy smoothie with lots of fantastic ingredients, good fats and not to forget, proteins!
This smoothie recipe can be mixed with one – or all three – of our protein products to fit your protein needs:

Ingredients for 1 large protein smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- ½ squeezed lime
- 1 (1 inch) cube fresh ginger peeled
- 1 cup liquid of your choice (water, coconut water, plant milk, etc).
- 1 scoop Puori Protein of your choice: PW1, CP1 or PB
- 1 tsp peanut butter - optional
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom - optional
Here's how you do it
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s smooth. Taste and adjust the flavor – and that’s it. Pour the smoothie into a large glass or a bottle to take with you for an easy on-the-go snack.
