V - Multivitamin & Minerals

The product is developed as a supplement to a regular diet as well as a plant-based diet, for those who do not want to have to compromise on the quality, dose or forms of various vitamins and minerals.

Puori V is formulated based on scientific studies with focus on adding sufficient dosages of the specific minerals & vitamins that vegans are potentially missing in their diet while also providing a broad range of the common nutrients. All the vitamins and minerals are carefully selected in highly absorbable forms for best outcome and in forms suited for vegans. The plant-based source of vitamin D3 is carefully extracted from lichen and provides natural vitamin D in its most bioactive form, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Vitamin K2 is a highly biologically active form of vitamin K2. The minerals in Puori V are highly absorbable organic forms. The dosage of Iron is adjusted for the fact that most plant-based iron is hard to absorb. Puori V likewise contains extra vitamin B12, zinc and iodine to ensure plant-based diets get an improved dosage.

Take 1 capsule a day - preferably with a meal.
Puori V has been developed so that by consuming V alone, it will cover most of the daily vitamin and mineral intake, but you can also supplement with other of Puori’s products. Always consult your own doctor if in doubt.

Puori V contains no declared allergens.

Puori P3 gives you your daily serving of O3 fish oil, M3 magnesium and D3 vitamin. Our multivitamin and mineral do not contain omega-3 fatty acids. This is why it could make sense to take the multi too. However, be aware that both products contain D3 and vitamin B6. If in doubt always consult your physician.

Puori V contains Calcium citrate (50mg) and Magnesium bisglycinate (20mg).

Puori V is a multivitamin and mineral complex in a capsule. This means that it is not entirely airtight and therefore a natural odor can occur from the capsules. This is totally normal and does not mean the product is off.
